Supervision, Trainings, and Workshops

For over 15 years. Dr. Nissenson Glied has provided evidence-based supervision to residents, interns. and mental health professionals. She offers individual and group supervision for clinicians and mental health providers looking to gain experience and improve their CBT and ACT skills. She provides mental health consultations to organizations.

Dr. Glied offers workshops and lectures using evidence based strategies and tips for enhancing wellness to a wide variety of organizations. These talks have focused on managing stress in and out of the workplace, creating healthier work/life balance. building skills for managing anxiety in stressful situations, and establishing good sleep habits. Dr. Glied has presented workshops on the topics of self-compassion, conflict resolution, and the importance of a good social support system to enhance physical and mental health. Dr. Glied partners with Lyra Health to provide Acceptance and Committment (ACT) based workshops on a variety of topics including how to improve relationships and community in the workplace, manage mental health during times of uncertainty, as well as how to prioritize and personalize self care for employees at Lyra-affiliated corporations.
